How to set up a new booking Workflow

Workflows are an ai empowered feature that allow your lab users to efficiently book several instruments at specific times for an experiment/process in just a few clicks.

The video above outlines how to setup a new workflow.

1. Name your Workflow
2. Select the instruments that are required in the Workflow
3. Set the duration each instrument is required in the Workflow
4. Select which users should be able to book this Workflow. Please note, you will only see users in this list that have access to all the equipment you have assigned to the Workflow.
5. Press Next, and this will take you to the Workflow mapping page. Here you will see the equipment booking durations you input earlier. Click and drag the different equipment bookings into the order that they are required for your Workflow, with any gaps between bookings if needed. 
6. Save the Workflow. Now it is ready to be booked by the users you assigned access.
