You can create custom labels on Calira for your equipment. This can help you organise your lab and enable your users to search for the equipment they need to book more efficiently.
To create a label, press edit on the desired equipment and press Show Optional Details. Scroll down through the settings until you find the Labels section:
Here, you can choose from the list of any pre existing labels to assign to the equipment. Or, if you need to create a new label, press the Create Label button at the bottom. This will open the screen to name your new label and choose a colour.
Once you have named the new label and chosen a colour, press Create and save your equipment.
Now, your label will be shown on the equipment overview page next to the equipment, and in the equipment details page. Lab users can search the equipment overview page by a label name to see all the instruments in the lab that have this label.
