How can I get customer support?
You can contact our team whenever you have questions or require some support with your Calira account.
Email support is available to all users. Kindly send your questions to support@calira.com, and we will do our best to help you with your query. You should receive a response within 24 hours, however if you are contacting us on the weekend or over a holiday period, this may take slightly longer.
Live chat support is available for Enterprise customers. This is accessed by clicking the blue chat icon at the bottom right of the page when logged into Calira. The live chat is monitored during office hours (GMT). Any messages sent outside of these hours will be responded to the following working day.
