What are Custom Forms on Calira?

Custom forms allow you to capture structured information alongside equipment bookings, helping replace scattered communication (emails, chat, paper) with a single, standardised system.

Custom forms can be:

  • Optional or mandatory for bookings
  • Required before, during, or after bookings
  • Applied to specific equipment or all equipment
  • Shown once or repeatedly, depending on use case

Note: Custom forms are optional and must be enabled in Lab Settings.
