Managing Required Forms and Deadlines

Submission Windows

• Admins can require forms to be completed:
  • When a user creates their booking
  • After a booking has ended (e.g. within 2 hours)
• The submission window can be defined in the Form settings

Missed Submissions

• Users receive email reminders
• Admins/instructors are also notified
• Admins can:
  • Filter bookings with missed submissions
  • Follow up with users if needed
