Managing Required Forms and Deadlines
Submission Windows
- Admins can require forms to be completed:
- When a user creates their booking
- After a booking has ended (e.g. within 2 hours)
- The submission window can be defined in the Form settings
Missed Submissions
- Users receive email reminders
- Admins/instructors are also notified
- Admins can:
- Filter bookings with missed submissions
- Follow up with users if needed
